Honor system on sharing

The Marshall Memo is copyrighted material. Regularly forwarding the entire Memo to others is NOT permitted.

However, subscribers may clip and share individual article summaries with colleagues, in electronic or hard-copy format, as long as citations to the original authors and sources, and to the Marshall Memo, are included. Subscribers may also forward the entire Memo to colleagues on a one-time basis as a sampler.

Kim Marshall counts on subscribers to respect the Memo's intellectual property rights and abide by these guidelines.
